Ground Breaker Brewing

Pours a clear golden with minimal foam in the Orval chalice. This is pretty much odorless. Plenty of spritz on the tongue. There are no "off" flavors and it's pretty clean and malty tasting. It's just that the millet malt is not very flavorful. The other ingredient, rice malt, seems to provide the flavor since that's what it tastes like. Until we have a Gluten-Free or Variety Malts category this will have to be an Adjunct Lager. While the whole experience is surprisingly good it would make a Czech brewer roll their eyes.
