Pale gold with a thin, fuzzy ring.
Smell is light, tart funk, Colby cheese, hay, and toasted sesame.
Taste is tart with a frothy, pillowy bounce, bringing lemonade, lime, grass, light funk and a hint wheat. Subtle flavors overall, but enjoyable all around.
