This beer absolutely exploded out of the bottle, which was unfortunate given that I didn't open it in the kitchen (where I normally open beer), but rather my office. With the mess now cleaned up, a very, very gentle pour still resulted in loads and loads of fizzy white head. Once it subsided, it actually revealed a beer that's a very attractive shade of glowing orange.
Aroma is heavy on the barnyard funk, with floral notes reflective of the hibiscus and rose buds used in its creation (per the bottle).
Taste is also heavily funky and floral, with the horse blanket, earthy funk leading the way. While I love some good funk, this is a little more wet dirty blanket-ish than I prefer. Light and lively and easy going down.
Overall, good, but not great beer that I'd be happy to revisit again, but that falls short of what I've become accustomed to from Fox Farm, Keeping Together, Hill Farmstead etc.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
