Wonderful grapefruit aroma, and a straw yellow pour with a soft white 1/2 inch head. Clean biscuit malts upfront citrusy bitterness in the middle and a delicious tropical fruit finish. Not a knock your socks off type of IPA, but well balanced with lots of flavor. My wife generally dislikes IPAs because of this bitter aftertaste but loves this due to its balance and clean finish.
