On tap at Fiddlehead Brewing Company in Shelburne, VT.

This pours a fairly clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like spicy hops, floral aromas, and some crackery malt.

This is really solid, especially for a brewery that really specializes in IPA. It's very crisp and very clean, with a smoothly bitter floral and spicy hop character, along with just a touch of crackery malt sweetness.

This is pretty light bodied, and very clean and super drinkable.

Fiddlehead is still always a great stop when you're in Vermont - order pizza from next door and have it brought over to the taproom, and drink some great beers.

L- The beer pours clear and golden straw in color. The head is pure white foam of about 3 fingers in height. The head eventually recedes to a thick ring leaving patchy lacing in it's wake.
S- The nose is pilsner malt, floral hops, and just a hint of sulfur.
T- This is a pilsner. The malt presence is absolutely beautiful. The noble hops ride out and just crest over the malt leading to a superbly drinkable balance.
F- Mouthfeel overall is light. Carbonation is light medium. The beer leans just barely towards a dry finish.
O-This beer is basically everything I want in a pilsner. It's not quite as hoppy as Von Trapp, Pivo, or prima but for me I'm loving it. Recommended.
