L- The beer pours a hazy yellow with a big cap of white foam. The head is made up of small uniform bubbles which recede to a thin ring leaving irregular lacing.
S-Wheat must, some banana, and some faint guava.
T-This is a classic witbier with some subtle guava undertones. The wheat still drives the bus. The orange peel and coriander mix with this fairly well. The guava seems to be strongest in the lingering aftertaste.
F-Mouthfeel overall is medium. Carbonation seems light for the style leaving the beer feeling heavier than might be desirable in hot weather.
O-A pretty decent fruited witbier. Perhaps a bit heavy for warm weather drinking, but flavorful and to style. Worth a shot if your in the mood for something different.
