On tap at Worthy Kitchen in Woodstock, VT. Really good for the style. Yeasty, fruity, super drinkable. Shared a pint but would order again even though it isn’t my favorite style.

Draught. Ok for American wheat. Good attempt at German style.

Can into imperial pint
Look: Semi-hazy pale yellow color, pouring a 2 finger head which dissipated into a thin cap
Smell: Baking spices, lightly toasted wheat bread, lemon zest, orange zest, hint minerality. Medium strength
Taste: Lightly toasted wheat malt bordering doughy, some bitterness from the orange peel, lemon zest, light baking spices, coriander there as well. Semi dry finish
Feel: Medium light body, moderate carbonation, creamy texture
Overall: Its good. Hint of toasted malt add more complexity and some good coriander presence.

Poured from a stovepipe into a pint glass; born on 5/22/22. Pours hazy light yellow with decent foam. Tastes of fizzy champagne like grapes with light spices. Saison like. Good.

Fr0om a 12 oz. can dated 04/28/2022. Sampled July 31, 2022.
It pours an unfiltered, cloudy looking light amber-straw color under a modest fading white head
An array of style-on aromas such as wheat grain, yeast, coriander, clove, and orange notes. Really invites me in.
Light-medium soft mouthfeel.
The taste is sweet wheat at first until all those herbal and light fruit characters emerge and lead to a crisp and clean finale. Very nice for a warm, summer day.

Pours a very pale yellow, almost white. Thin foam. Sweet and spicy aroma. Big orange and coriander body. Sweet with a spicy finish. Well balanced. Pretty good white ale.

Pours a fizzy bubbly 1 finger head with moderate retention, fair lacing, quite hazy pale to light straw color
Nose strong perfumey floral coriander character, a lttle rose water like, some citrus, orange zest, little lemony, fragrant, light creamy doughy wheat, little fresh cut grass and lemongrass
Taste brings mild sweet creamy bready wheat but not really doughy, little bitterness from citrus zest, orange peel, lemongrass, fair grassy in general, hint of straw, fair floral coriander again hinting at soapy but never gets there, a little honey and fair vanilla late, dry finish with med-light bitterness
Mouth is med to lighter bod, a touch creamy, med-higher slight prickly carb
Overall not bad, nice characters, quite fragrant and strong for aromas and flavors which also makes it a bit more difficult than expected to drink on a hot day

I like traditional wheat ale, but adding Orange peel and Coriander, is not traditional. I personally feel the white ale style can stand alone with the character of the yeast and grains, but that's just not how American brewers do it. Oh, well ..with that being stated....
Look: white frosted gold, classically hazy with a subtle white foam cap.
Nose: I love the smell of light malted grains, summertime fields, set earth and sour yeast combos. Herbal, spicy, tangy, dry...slightly fruity from the orange peel and extra herbal from the coriander.
Feel & Flavor: A crisp bite, very light, then a bit smooth and very easy feel. Light and airy.
Herbal and spicy taste with it's golden grains, sharp wheat and adjunct combo is pretty decent in complexity for the style, which is what I was hoping for from Fiddlehead.
Overall: I really felt like going for this style as the hint of summer weather is in the air and the desire for a light, fun and interesting brew was peaking my interest. I enjoyed it.
