On tap at Fiddlehead Brewing in Shelburne, VT.
This smells lightly of honey, with biscuity maltiness, and a touch of fresh cut grass.
I’d want this to maybe a little crisper, but it works fairly well for me overall. There’s a really nice biscuits and honey vibe to the malt here, with a very light floral and grassy hop character.
This is light bodied and very crisp, clean, and drinkable.
This isn’t really Fiddlehead’s area of expertise, but they still got it pretty much right here.
