On tap at Fiddlehead Brewing in Shelburne, VT.

This one pours a clear straw yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like herbal and floral hops, with a touch of minerality, and some crackery malt.

This is a really good Italian pilsner. It’s got a really refreshingly bitter hop character, definitely elevated like most examples of this style. It’s got a nice little crackery and unobtrusive malt character, and is overall pretty well balanced.

This has a nice smooth bite on the finish, with the bitterness begging for another sip. It’s light bodied and very drinkable.

Fiddlehead doesn’t make that many beers, so whenever I see a new one, I have to try it.
