Poured into an oversized wine glass. Poured a very pale straw, with next to no head, a few small streams of bubbles rose from the bottom. Aroma was a tad of yeast, with a fair bit of wheaty bread. A small bit of lemony sour tart hiding as well. Flavor had a bit of kick up front, but mellowed out nicely, with only slight hoppiness. Very small bit of citrus flavor as well. Felt good in the mouth. A bit of coat, as well as some carbonation that tickled the tongue. Overall a very pleasant summer beer.
