Phantom Canyon calls this a London ale.
Copper-red body with a dense, creamy, cascading head. Light biscuit and grains with a mild spiciness in the aroma. Airy malt backbone with a distinctive hop bitterness punch. Medium-light body, very soft on the palate; crisp and dry finish.
A very pleasant, delicate malt flavor sharply breaks into a lingering, tasty hop bitterness. What initially comes across as 'nothing-but-air' feel and flavor quickly comes through with a surprisingly pleasing malt and hop treat. Tasty and easy-drinking all the way.
