The latest aroma is a killer. Powerful chili and chatted grain notes with a bitter chocolate presence. The flavor is well-balanced between the chocolate, roasted malt and chili flavors. Really good stuff...

On tap at Phantom Canyon
Brew notes: made with Belgian chocolate, raisins, anaheim, ancho, guajilo, and chipotle chilis, and aged in Breckenridge whiskey barrels.
Ink black body; no head except for a wisp of foam on the edge. Chocolate and roasted grain aroma. Dark chocolate flavor with a mild chili kick. Heavy body; prickly.
