Brewed with Spelt, Pale Wheat and Beechwood smoked malt, this historic style of table beer is designed to be low in alcohol, very approachable and refreshing with a hint of light smoke. Proost!

Clear, golden yellow body; little to no carbonation noted; wispy, patchy white head with a few flecks of foam on the glass. Light grainy smell. Light and herbal flavor with an excellent undercurrent of smoke; mild bitterness. Light body; gentle coarseness on the palate; semi-dry.
A nice, lightly smoked farmhouse-derived ale.
