On tap @ the source. An experimental offering based on Third Nipple Tripel with strawberries and rasberries added.
A: Pours a murky smoothie-like dark pinkish red with a half-inch thick pinkish head which fades slowly leaving spotty lace.
N: Bright rasberries followed by strawberries. Very fruity.
T: Fresh fruits with mild yeasty and sweetness. Well balanced.
M: Medium body and carbonation. Fruity and slightly sour finish.
O: Very nice. Easy to drink with the ABV completely hidden. Would love some brett in here (hint hint).
