On tap at Tony's Darts Away in Burbank, CA.
Pours a hazy honey orange with a foamy beige head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, and caramel aromas. Taste is much the same with slight smoke and caramel flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of toasty bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer with no smoke aromas and only subtle smoke flavors.

On tap @ the source. Named after the Hobbit's dragon.
A: Pours a clear amber with a 1/4-inch white head which fades slowly leaving splotchy lace.
N: Mild smoked malts, faint orange citrus.
T: More smokey with an almost bacon-like note. Clean, grainy. Well balanced.
M: Moderate body and medium carbonation. Smokey and grainy finish.
O: Clean, mild smoke, interesting.
