Another experiment based on an experiment. This time with Chardonnay.
A: Pours a hazy dark yellowish with a fine half-inch thick white head with fades to the rim leaving semi-rings and spots of lace.
N: Plenty of floral blossoms, herbal, white grapes, lemony and orange citrus.
T: Citrus (grapefruit and tangerine), mildly sweetish malts provide balance, oaky and vinous.
M: Moderate body and carbonation. Lively and bright hop bitterness with a dry and vegetal finish.
O: Another interesting take on a hybrid IPA. Aroma is the best part. I prefer the original Muscat version.
