Second runnings from The Nothing Imperial Stout. Made with coconut sugar.
A: Pours black with a one-finger thick mocha head which fades to the rim leaving semi-rings and spots of lace.
N: Roasty grains and malts, very faint coffee, some coconut, milk chocolate, fruity.
T: Follows nose with a mild sweetness and mostly roast.
M: Moderate body and medium carbonation. Creamy, smooth and rich roasty finish.
O: Nice with full flavor. Easy drinking on a cool late afternoon.
