Served on cask. Hoptonic with peppercorns (au Poivre), double dry-hopped with Simcoe and Citra.
A: Pours a hazy yellow with a wispy thin white head on cap and leaves rings and spots of lace.
N: Dank, herbal, floral, vegetal and perfumy bouquet.
T: Mildly spicy from the hops and peppercorns. Sticky dankness. Citrus.
M: Moderate body and light carbonation from the cask. Spicy (not hot), herbal and citrus hoppy finish.
O: A treat on cask. The peppercorns worked in harmony not overpowering.
