A: Pours a slightly hazed yellow with a half-inch thick white head. Fair retention and yields some spotty lace.
N: Sweet tarts without the sourness, fruity (cherry, lemon, orange).
T: Fruity and slightly yeasty. Some spicy notes from the kumquat zest.
M: Semi-moderate body and medium carbonation. Dry and fruity finish.
O: Interesting mix of several fruit juices (apricot, peach, raspberry, cherry, kumquat) to create the "punch", along with merlot grapes which adds a slightly vinous element to the overall complexity.
