Pours burgundy. No head. Aroma is sour grapes/red wine. Taste is very similar but just straight up awesome. Feel is medium with light/medium carbonation. Overall, a very enjoyable wild ale that some sour fans would find quite delightful.

A deep hazy brown color with a small beige head. Aromas and flavors were exceptionally well balanced: cherry pie, cherry jam, tart funk, and great sour fruits flavors. An amazing sour.

On draft at the brewery.
Pours a murky brown. Very dirty looking. No head.
Smell is very dominantly cherry.
Very tart cherry in flavor. Tastes almost exactly like a cherry pie.
Nearly perfect mouthfeel. A little sticky, but smooth at the same time.

A: Deep baked cherry pie, a bit wine-like, slightly earthy, almost leather-like with some wood character.
A: Deep brown color, very hazy, with a moderate head that leaves some lacing in the glass.
T: Rich, slightly sweet and tart deep cherry pie taste, a bit vinous slightly earthy with a moderate oak presence.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. There is moderate acidity, but works well with the rich malt base.
O: Pretty complex; one of the best Flanders Red I’ve had in some time. The malt is nicely offset by the beer’s bright acidity.
