Some haze in the yellow brew and plenty of foam in the Troubadour tulip. Mouthfeel is lush and spritzy. Faint aroma of grapefruit. Flavor is cucmbers and lime peel. And after a few sips it's just plain bitter, like cucumber ends are sometimes. Very dry overall.
Hops are listed as Galaxy and Citra. Quite a pitiless bitter aftertaste. Overall the flavor is oddly flat with a mineral finish. The aftertaste keeps sinking into astringency. Not much fun. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bine & Vine. Dated 11/01/21.
