Bright, clear amber brew with coarse foam in the Chimay chalice. Crisp and spritzy in the mouth. Pleasant touch of green melon but a mineral finish. On the austere side. Not much malt and the initial touch of sweetness is long gone.
Resiny finish and more bitterness than it needs for the modest flavor. I think this beer dialed down on the hops would make a very decent Pale Ale. It's easy to drink but not wanting another one. From the 16 oz can dated 01/25/22.

crystal clear, gold color, white 2 finger head but not particularly long losting and not much lacing. not much smell. nice but unremarkable taste and mouthfeel. Not impressively hoppy. Clean finish. Lots of better WCIPAs available, but nothing wrong with this. Oh, and I am no one's "minion".

LA might be all kinds of hazy because of smog, but right here in Moon Bows, we got ourselves a clear as day West Coast winner. There is nothing murky or confusing about it. No, like trying to decipher a William Faulkner novel this beer is not. It’s like cotton candy to a child - no thought, no decisions, just give it to them so that they can devour it. And Moon Bows is like that; it is so good that Raul doesn’t even need to think. I just want to pop the top, pour tha thing, and chill with the beauty that is.
Live well, my minions.
