From the can label: "Great music goes best with a tasty beer in hand, so when Joyce Manor was looking to celebrate the release of their new album, 40 oz to Fresno, their hometown brewery, Smog City, was ready to rock. Together we brewed up a beer that embodies the spirit of Joyce Manor's music and Smog City's ethos: technically challenging with no gimmicks to hide behind while being fun & super easy to enjoy; the result is a crisp, refreshing German Helles lager done right. Crack one open, crank up the volume, and enjoy 40 oz to Torrance anywhere, anytime."
Canned on 12/7/22 in a 4 pack of 16 oz. - Poured into a tall Erdinger pilsner glass. Classic light yellow with a nice 3/4" fluffy head that lasts a good few minutes with excellent lacing. Nose is grass and grains and mild citrus. Tastes more of that with just the right touch of bitterness on the finish. Not too much carbonation, this brew slides down quite well.
Great job on this by a very good brewery.
