i think the touch of cherries is a really nice and appreciated finish, even in a scene over hyped with cherry and other sours for accent notes, but this one makes all the others worth it.

Nice appearance; dark, copper-like amber; modest carbonation; thin yet lasting khaki colored head, creamy texture. Incredible aroma of graham cracker, rye, orange peel; very aromatic. The taste picks up from the aroma; earthy sweetness complemented with notes of vanilla, coriander, cherries. Heavy body; outstanding soft, velvety feel on the palate; semi-dry overall.
This is just an incredible take on the dubbel style. The beer is phenomenal based just on the aroma and flavor. It is rather unique, completely enjoyable, and certainly makes me wish I had another bottle or two on hand.
Pouring temperature: 46.1 ℉; bottling info: Vintage 2022
