Bottle into Nucleated Tulip
Look: Muddy orange-yellow, pouring a half finger head which dissipated into a ring with lacing
Smell: Very tart lemon, hint of sweet vanilla beans and juniper. Medium strength
Taste: Lightly tart lemon and dry vanilla. Some juniper followed by musty yeast and oak tannins. Finish has more of that lemon note and a very touch of malt.
Feel: Light body with moderate carbonation. Crisp and dry
Overall: Its okay. Didn't taste exactly like I was hoping it would
