To celebrate our 13th anniversary we brought in some fun exciting new hop varieties that are decidedly new school. We’ve been in love with HBC 586 and its subtle blend of light tropical fruit character and decided to blend it with a new hop to Smog. Alora is known for crazy, bright, peach and stone fruit notes that really pop in the aroma of this beer while weaving seamlessly with the lychee, pineapple and mango of HBC 586. We bolstered these two fruit bombs with our delicious selected Citra to bump up the citrus and tropical fruit while giving it just enough tooth for drinkability. Cheers to 13 years!
