Pours a dull golden-orange hue with a slight haze to the clarity and a loose off-white head that quickly dissipates. Nose expresses citrus, cork, mandarin and apricot. Taste follows nose. Mouthfeel is light and bright with a mild acidity. Overall, a solid sour; however, not overly complex.

On-tap at Beachwood I,
A: Pours a medium goldenrod with a light white head, some good lace.
S: Stone fruit, some acetic acid, reminds me a lot of a The Bruery sour.
T: Lots of tart acid, lemon and orange citrus. Hint of passion fruit juice. Good flavour overall.
M: Medium-bodied, good acidity, crisp, easy drinking for its ABV.
O: A well made balanced strong sour beer. What's not to like about this one? Glad to try it.

At library ale house sour fest - described as a sour blond aged in wine barrels.
Pale golden color, very cloudy. Small head, minimal lacing. Fine bubbles.
Slight funk smell,a little sweetness under lying-you can smell the sourness.
Nice tart puckerness, slight funk, barel aging is present but subtle
Nice level of carbonation
Overall very enjoyable would drink again
