Served from a 5 gallon cask for IPA day. Base of Hoptonic with peaches and simcoe added.
A: Hazy peach (yeah) with a 1/4" white head which lingers and leaves stingers and spots of lace.
N: Yellow peaches (surprised?), herbal, pine, catty, floral with some tropical notes.
T: Follows nose with more tropical fruits (passion) and oniony.
M: Moderate body and medium (cask) carbonation. Smooth, dry, bitter, and spicy hop finish.
O: Fresh peach IPA. What a treat. Thanks
