Served from a 5 gallon cask on IPA day. Base of Hoptonic with mango and chinook added.
A: Pours a hazy yellowish orange. First pour like a smoothie with suspended fruit and hops. Subsequent pours more uniform. Half-inch fine white head leaves sheet lace.
N: Green mango and tropical fruit, faint pine and citrus.
T: Pine resin up front with mango tropicals in back.
M: Moderate body and medium (cask) carbonation. Creamy. Dry, bitter and spicy hop finish.
O: Second cask offered. The suspended fruit and hops made this fresher than fresh. Thanks.
