On cask @ the source. Peach juice primed and dry-hopped with Chinoock & Crystal hops.
A: Pours a hazy light-orange with a half-inch white head which slowly fades leaving rings and spots of lace.
N: Faintly peach, pine, spicy and herbal.
T: Not much peach flavor. Mainly citrus, flowery and spicy. Some "green" herbal notes.
M: Moderate body and medium carbonation. The cask lends a nice softness. Finishes resiny, pine, dry and bitter.
O: Wish it had more peach, but a good experimental offering.
