On cask @ the source. Primed with Kiwi and Strawberry juice and dry-hopped with Simcoe and Crystal hops.
A: Pours a hazy orange with a 1/2" white head which fades slowly and leaves webby and spotty lace.
N: Tropical fruits (a bit hard to tell it is Kiwi and Strawberry), citrus (orange), flowery, spicy.
T: Citrusy, resiny pine, some onion/herbal notes from the Simcoe.
M: Moderate body and medium carbonation. The cask lends a clean and smooth feel. Finishes sticky, resiny, dry and bitter.
O: Nice experiment. Eager to see what comes next.
