On tap at Tony's Darts Away in Burbank, CA.
Pours a clear copper with a foamy khaki head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Thick rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, honey, and fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with fruit, earth, and honey flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is quite fruity but still has a noticeable hop presence.

On tap @ the source. Brewed for LA Beer Week. Made with 5 different types of local honey (avocado, sage, orange blossom, eucalyptus, and ?). Originally planned to clock in at 5.5 percent ABV.
A: Pours a clear copper with 1/2" off-white head which leaves spotty lace.
N: Grainy with some floral and herbal notes. Faint sweetness and fruity influence from the honey.
T: Malty grains, a bit of rye and caramel with some sweetness, but well balanced overall.
M: Medium body and moderate carbonation. Dry, mildly sweet finish with malty caramel.
O: Not amazing, but worth a try.
