Nice golden color with a consistent head.
Strong malty aroma with a hint of grassy hops.
Taste follows nose, sweet malty flavor with grassy hops, hints of honey. Mildly bitter and refreshing taste. Clear aftertaste, just a bit dry.
Light to medium body with low carbonation.
Good lager for who likes malt predominance over hops.

"Is the Amburana too alcoholic? The American Pale Ale too hoppy? The Cream Porter too toasted? The Irish Red too dry? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then Way Premium Lager is the beer for you." I was at a friend's condo on the beach in Rio Grande do Sul and wanted to show them a couple beers I bought in Curitiba. Why not show them a few craft lagers? Coming out of a stubby 310 ml bottle, on to the beer:
Looks a little darker than your standard lager. A little darker than gold with a thick, semi-soapy head that leaves good lacing around the glass. The nose is somewhat malty and dry, with a few floral notes.
More floral notes arise as the beer is tasted. Along with floral, little bits of grass and honey, and a basic pale malt base make this beer modesty enjoyable. The body is light, and is somewaht crisp.
A reasonable entry level lager from Way. It's refreshing with some flavor and easy to get down.
