From a bottle, pours a gold orange color, active carbonation. This was gusher, lots of sediment and a big fluffy white head.
The nose is yeast, citrus, perfume/flowers, pepper and pale malt. The flavor is citrus fruit, candied sugar, yeast, flowers, a little hay. The mouthfeel is very active, bubbly champagne like going down, dry finish.
This is ok, I think there are major issues with the carbonation and overall mouthfeel. The flavors and smell are pretty good, but the rest is a bit underwhelming.

Big rich hop nose with some fresh mown grass blended with citrus , a hint of smoke and pepper.
Hazy gold with a generous 3" white foam cap.
Belgian yeast fruit and light malt character join with herbal and citrus hop flavors, a touch of pepper, and a light astringency on the finish.
Medium light body, very creamy texture, effervescent.
