S: has a citrusy, spicy smell with biscuit, dried fruit, and tropical fruit.
L: The beer pours gold with a slight haze under an off-white to cream foam cap with moderate retention. Streams of bubbles slowly rise to the surface.
T: The flavors start with big fruit from both the Belgian yeasts and the hops. It's a fruit cocktail of fresh and dried peaches, apricots, citrus, and tropical fruit that demonstrates a happy marriage of fermentation and hop fruit flavors. A moderately high bitterness emerges on the finish and lingers. The bitterness is not harsh and has fruit rind aspects that balances well with the beer's fruit.
F: medium to medium light body with above average carbonation. The alcohol is present, providing gentle warming but it is not hot or harsh.
O: This is a very luscious, enjoyable drink.
