L: deep dark brown under a 1" tan blanket of foam with good retention and a very fine bead
S: has a light mint smell mixed with a mild roast and light chocolate
T: starts like a stout with coffee and chocolate, mild grains and roast and then the mint starts creeping in especially in the finish
F: has a very soft creamy texture and a medium plus body.
O: I really like the way the brewer has balanced the added mint with the stout flavors and not overstated anything. Very nice and drinkable.
