L: bright brown with a light red tint under a 1" off-white foam cap with fair to good retention.
S: Medium dark sugars, fruit, faint hint of banana and a relatively clean yeast character.
T: Mildly sweet up front and builds a little with some dark sugar flavors, fruit, root beer, pepper, and dark cake. Hop bitterness emerges mid-palate and then fades a little.
F: creamy, full bodied and medium carbonation.
O: The beer comes in a little sweet and might benefit from being bottle conditioned or packaged with a little more carbonation to cut the sweetness.
