Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance- The beer is served a clear golden color with a small head of white foam. The head fades slowly over time, leaving a light level of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell- Smell is heavy of lemon, lime, and what I think is calamansi fruit ( not sure). Along with the citrus is some corn and grain and notes of caramel.
Taste- The taste follows the nose well, starting with what I believe is calamansi mixed with lemon and lime and a strong corn, caramel, and grain. These tastes take it too the end leaving one with an odd, citrusy taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body is moderate in thickness and moderate in carbonation as well.
Overall - Not really my style. Ok, but a bit too citrusy for a lager.
