Pours golden hazy with faint white foamy cap and light carbonization on draught. Citrus and spice notes with notes of orange peel and coriander spice. Good local brew!

Appropriately hazy amber brew with plenty of foam in the Affligem chalice. They call this a "modern white ale," though it is more likely an ancient white ale. Seems like the usual scratchy wheat brew, enlivened with some bitterish hops (Summit in this case) and something spicy in the nose. Grainy and just slightly sweet with a touch of malt. Not bad but after a few sips it is not so inviting. From the 19.2 oz tall can purchased at the corner liquor store.

On tap. Golden yellow color. White head.
Earthy, zesty, spicy, fruity, and citrusy. Orange peel and lemon citrus. Belgian wheat. Light bodied. Ends a bit dry. Solid.
