Overpriced for the taste honestly.

This was arguably one of the smoothest blonde ales that I've tried. It borders on feeling like a lager but with the flavor of an ale with low amount of bitterness.

Poured from a 12oz can into my Radeberger pokal.
Clear Arylide yellow with a finger of pearling creamy white foam. Sticky lacing; very good retention.
Clean, slightly sweet malt aroma - faintly biscuity. Very low hop aroma, more grassy than citrus-heavy, which is surprising for Summit.
Flat, faintly green palate entry - nice malty core (improving as the beer warms) - medium-dry finish. A bit bland, with some faintly unpleasant fermentation notes at the edges of perception, though no sharpness or clear off flavors. Some residual sweetness.
Light bodied, silky, and gently carbonated.
Rating to style, this is a decent example, best paired with food and conversation.

Over priced, on-tap at Rolling Stones Bar and Grill, LAX Airport Terminal 7. $13 with tip!
a) The beer is clear very light, straw without head, lace or stickage. Disappointing.
s) white light bread, malt, straw, and hay. A bit of adjunct.
t) follows nose, but it's bright, crisp.
f) A little thin on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
o) Bland as much as blonde.
