Only my second from Track 7, I think one of us has improved. I panned their first, a 70 IBU AIPA.
But Bee Line Blonde tries to be nice. Fruity enough to be refreshing on a hot summer day. Yet palate-cleansing enough for appetizers. The honey is not over-added, as many other micros do. The hops provide balance in the finish.
I bought a 4-pack and will have with dinner next.

355 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.2%, IBU 31, OG 1049. Golden colour, moderate white head. "Dusty" aroma, only a hint of honey. Slightly sweet and floral flavour, with notes of honey. Moderate bittering hops in the finish.

Pours a honey, blonde in color with a thin layer of head that leaves lacing on the glass as you drink. Carbonation is solid. Aroma is malt-forward; bread and grains with honey and a floral hop profile in the background. Tastes pretty much exactly like it smells with the addition of some bitter, grassiness and cereal. Finishes crisp and a bit dry on the tongue with lingering cereal and bitter grassiness. Pretty balanced, but definitely malt-forward. On the lighter side of medium bodied with light, active carbonation and a very slight chewiness. Overall a pretty refreshing brew with a simple but solid flavor profile. Not really my preferred style of beer, but I can appreciate the quality of it. Cheers!
