Dark mahogany reddish tones, fairly dark for the style. Smell has some cocoa, and caramel with raspberry and cherry coming through. Taste is chocolate up front, then quickly moving to sour cherry and spritzy, slightly sweet finish. Pair with goat cheese, savory dishes. Meats with chutneys.
