Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light golden color with a minimal white head. SRM of 6. Looks like a lager. (3.50)
Aroma: Mild aromas of pale malts, white bread, white roll, light honey. Some light earthy stone as well. (3.50)
Flavor: Flavor follows with more white roll, cream, and some faint grape juice. Maybe vanilla before a creampie-filled puff-pastry. Honey as it warms. Minimally sweet though. Pretty easy drinking. (3.50)
Feel: Medium-bodied. Low carbonation. Finishes light and clean on the palate. Relatively smooth. (3.75)
Compared to Castle Danger Cream Ale 11/2/20: Pours a much lighter color. Milder and paler aromas/flavors. More white roll
Overall: A pretty easy-drinking cream ale. Milder and less rich than Castle Danger's Cream Ale. Light puff-pastry with cream. Honey as it warms. More fit for summer. Still, has a decent body and to the style, even though mild. Not even listed on their website though so SMH about that. (Final Rating: 3.53)
