Mad Butcher - Galaxy pours a cleaner, copper color, with a small head. Aroma is sweeter, malt/grain forward. Flavor is same, sweeter, cereal, malt/grain forward, mild bittering hop notes. Good body and feel. Overall, solid IPA.
