L-Cloudy light yellow
S-Peaches, lemons, touch of a grapefruit impression as well.
T-Oily hop flavor with an abundance of lemon as well as pink grapefruit. Nice hop punch to this.
F-Lighter side of medium bodied...lighter bodied than most IPA's....good hop bite on the finish.
O-Enjoyable IPA showcasing Galaxy hops nicely with the malt in the background.

Pours cloudy lemon yellow with a smallish white head. Minimal lacing. Aroma is muted citrus. Flavor is citrus, mostly lemon with a bitter finish. Feel is light and adequately carbonated. Overall, meh.

Didn't expect a relatively sessionable IPA to pack a punch like this. High ibus on this one so not for the IPA beginner. Nice malts as well. Well done. Take my money.

I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight whilst visiting Mankato, Minnesota for my daughter's gymnastic's meet at Gustavus Adolphus. It poured a hazy golden with white ring head that is left some lace. The scent had citrus fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet malt base and citrus fruit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
