On tap at Wolf Creek Brewing in Valencia, CA.
Pours a clear orange with a foamy bone colored head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Foamy streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is pretty mild and is of malt, grain, yeast, spices, and a fruity aroma. Taste is much the same with a fruity finish. There is a mild spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is pretty tasty and drinkable.

On tap at the source. This beer won Gold at the Los Angeles Internation beer festival this year
Look: Pours a candy reddish color with a 1 inch white bubbly head and great retention and some circular lace
Smell: Fairly light on the nose with some fruit notes some candy sugar and slight belgian funk
Taste: Pretty much follows the nose. The flavor is fairly sweet which I actually enjoy and light on the funk. The fruit comes through nice as well as the sugar sweetness
Mouthfeel: Medium to low in body and a good amount of carbonation
Overall: I really enjoyed this saison probably due to the fact that I prefer sweeter saisons and could do without lots of funk. Another pretty good beer from a up and coming brewery.
