Palate Contaminants: other beer
Tons of very fine white head, but not as much head as is usually preferred. Iridescent. Color goes between light straw to gold.
Nose has moderate brett funkiness, but there's some citrus acidity right there to compete with it. Moderate-heavy intensity, although the volatilization has some limits.
There is a little funk in the taste, but the main taste is some sort of meta-citrus. Well, everything except grapefruit. Light-moderate sweetness. Slightly bitter, and light-moderate acidity. Very mildly lactic. It also evokes powdered concentrated drink mix. There's also a good amount of freshly cut grass taste just hanging around.
Smooth carbonation. Alcohol very well hidden. Aftertaste matches the taste.
