750ml bottle served in a snifter glass. Body is slightly cloudy golden straw yellow, one finger white head, good retention and splotches of lacing. Smell is crisp lemon, cobweb, light mineral funk, a bit of oak, touch of white grapes and touch of leather. Nice complexity. Flavour is a bit dry, touch of leather on the backend, otherwise follows the nose which is standard SARA saison fare. Nice complexity, medium body, crisp and slightly more carbonation than expected, dry leather on the finish.

Got the bottom of the bottle so it was a very cloudy Yeasty looking mess. The smell is very floral which is awesome. The taste has a tart sweet floral flavor to it. The feel is smooth. Overall it's a very nice beer. Really like the nose on this.
