On tap at Wildwood Taphouse.
A clear light yellow with a thin white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is tart and acidic with a rather unique( for SARA) acetic qualities along with some stone fruit- nectarine, bright orange, strawberry. The palate opens sour with a blend of lactic and acetic acid, stone fruit, strawberry, a little vanilla. Tart, sharp on the finish with spicy rye noticeable. Alcohol is well hidden. A nice vinous character too. Solid.
