Brewed in collaboration with Lime Ventures, “Don’t Be So Gloomy” is inspired by the Belgian-style lambics we love drinking with our friends Marie and Mike at Lime. Brewed with aged hops, “Don’t Be So Gloomy” is a blend of one to two year old barrel-aged Saisons. Expect subtle notes of lime, salt, and barrel-induced vanilla.

Sweet, lime tart and slightly funky aromatics on this one! Taste follows with a lime tart and funky finish. This is a well done and well balanced farmhouse ale with good depth.
